They marinate pork backbones and grill them over an open flame; the meat is so tender it falls off the bone at the touch of a spoon, and the sweet and spicy seasoning is deeply infused. For 15,000 won per person, you can get a full meal, making it great value. It's best enjoyed with flying fish roe rice balls—absolutely delicious.

RECOMMENDED MENU

Pork backbones marinated in a 3-level spicy sauce and grilled over an open flame. It has a great smoky flavor, and the meat comes off the bone easily, making it perfect for mixing with rice. Minimum order of 2 servings, and the portion is generous.
If you love spicy food, go for this one. The sharp, spicy seasoning really sinks into the meat; it's my personal favorite pairing for soju.

The combination of Ppyeogui sauce and flying fish roe rice balls is fantastic. Make sure to order them together.
A hearty serving of rice balls that goes well even when mixed into the Ppyeogui sauce.
They sometimes provide this as a complimentary side dish for first-time visitors; it's soft and great for cleansing the palate between bites of Ppyeogui.
